Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy says what you must not do with Crécima Inbox. It applies to all customer businesses and their users, and is part of the Terms of Service (https://crecimainbox.com.ar/terminos?lang=en). Breaching it may lead to suspension of campaigns or of the account.
Prohibited uses
- Sending unsolicited or bulk messages to people who did not give their consent.
- Using databases that were bought, rented, handed over by third parties, scraped from the internet or randomly generated.
- Impersonating another person or company, or misleading people about who sends the message.
- Sending illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, offensive or discriminatory content, attempts to obtain passwords or payment details, or malicious files.
- Offering products or services prohibited by Meta's commerce policies or by law.
- Processing sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, sex life, among others) without the consent and safeguards the law requires.
- Circumventing Meta's or Crécima Inbox's sending limits, or trying to access other businesses' data or parts of the service that are not enabled.
Marketing messages
- Before sending promotions, each contact must have agreed to receive them on WhatsApp in a prior, express and informed way: for example, with a box that is not pre-checked on a form, at the time of purchase, or with a message in which they ask for it.
- Keep the proof: when and by what means they agreed. Crécima Inbox records the status and its history, but the origin of the consent is declared by the customer business.
- Identify yourself as a business in every message.
- Include in every advertising message how to opt out. Law 25,326 gives the right to request removal or blocking of data used for advertising purposes and requires informing people of that possibility.
- Respect opt-outs immediately and do not resubscribe anyone who opted out without new express consent.
- Keep a reasonable frequency and schedule.
National Do Not Call Registry
- Law 26,951 created the National Do Not Call Registry, where people register their lines so as not to receive advertising. Whoever advertises, offers or sells products or services must check it and not contact registered numbers, except for the exceptions the law allows.
- The enforcement authority (AAIP) holds responsible the business that benefits from the campaign, even if a third party runs it. That is why this obligation belongs to the customer business: Crécima Inbox does not check the registry on its behalf.
- Before each campaign, exclude registered numbers from your audience (for example, by opting them out of promotions).
- Text of the law: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/normativa/nacional/ley-26951-233066/texto
- If you are unsure whether a contact can receive advertising, consult your legal advisor before sending.
Meta quality and limits
Meta measures each number's quality based on recipients' blocks and reports. Crécima Inbox pauses a campaign if quality drops or if failures or opt-outs rise; resuming it is the customer business's decision, and it bears the consequences.
What we do in case of a breach
We may pause campaigns, suspend sends or the account, and cooperate with Meta or the authorities as provided in the Terms of Service.
If you received a message you did not ask for
Reply "BAJA" in the same chat to stop receiving that business's promotions. You can also write to us at [email protected]: we will pass the request on to the business and review the case.
